What do I need to start?

Just yourself and some meat. It's very simple. For anyone struggling, my guide is an excellent resource.

Is the Carnivore Diet dangerous?

No. Quite simply it's an ancestral diet, one which we have evolved over 2.5 million years to eat.

What about plants? Aren't they good for us?

Plant toxins are very real things and they can have very serious side effects and can greatly disrupt your health.

How long have you been doing the Carnivore Diet for?

At the time of writing, just over 8 months, and it's been incredible the whole way!

Don't you miss plants? Is it boring?

No! I really don't. I occasionally eat a little bit of fruit, but really, no I don't miss plants much at all.
